This is a special episode for a couple of different reasons. One, our C-10 Mentoring & Leadership program Committee Chair Max Utsler is co-hosting and two, because our guest is Steve Minnis, the president of one of our C-10 Leaders Scholarship partner schools.
Minnis became the president of Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, in October 2004. Before that, he had a long legal career in the Johnson County prosecutor’s office and with Sprint.
This week we talk about Steve’s leadership background, how he and Benedictine have been navigating the pandemic, how Covid might positively affect colleges and universities in the long term, and have him tackle our “7 Questions.”
