MTB LEADERSHIP

 

In the fall of 2024, C You in the Major Leagues launched a new kind of mentoring program called MTB (Moore Than Baseball) Leadership. The program is designed for a select group of junior and senior high school baseball players. The players, nominated by their coaches for their leadership both on and off the field, gather once a month during the offseason to be mentored by CYITML Founder and World Series-winning general manager Dayton Moore. The young athletes enjoy a meal together and then discuss the leadership lessons that baseball provides, focusing on being a great teammate, and, one day, being a great husband and father. During the 2025-26 school year, they studied Proverbs from the Bible.
